Entry-Level Business Intelligence Analyst
WIT has an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Business Intelligence Analyst. This position is a blend of internal project work and consulting engagements for our key clients. The position is located in the metro Detroit area.
We’re growing, and seeking technically-minded, high caliber individuals to help us serve our clients. We’re targeting recent college graduates, as well as Spring 2011 graduates.
We’ll provide in-depth technical training on the business intelligence software products we support, and we’re looking for quick learners who are highly motivated to succeed.
Additional qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or Spring 2011 graduate) in Computer Science or IT

Data Warehouse Architect
WIT has an immediate opening for the position of Data Warehouse Architect to be located in the metro Detroit area. You will be leading consulting opportunities for Business Objects / Microsoft Business Intelligence implementations involving Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Deployment of business intelligence projects including dashboards and analytics. Some travel is required, but most projects would be local.
The Data Warehouse Architect is responsible for the overall technical infrastructure and leads the design and implementation of data warehouse solutions. The Data Warehouse Architect responsibilities include developing Logical and Physical data models for a data warehouse or a data mart. The Data Warehouse Architect performs reviews, analysis, selection, design, development, support and tuning of large, complex integrated systems.
Qualified Candidate Profile

BA/BS Degree (Graduate degree will be preferred) with minimum 3 years experience developing applications in a Data Warehouse environment.

Experience using ETL tools such as Data Stage or Data Integrator or MS Integration services (SSIS) and Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects and/or Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) and Analysis Services (SSAS)

Expert in dimensional modeling and relational data modeling methodologies.
- Expert in understanding of application architecture strategies.
- Expert understanding of deployment strategies for distributed and multi-tiered applications.
- Expertise in project software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to lead a team of developers.

SAP Business Objects Data Integrator
WIT has an immediate opening for an experienced SAP Business Objects Data Integrator (DI) consultant.
Responsibilities include:
- Ability to assess the existing DI software configuration for optimization opportunities
- Ability to assess existing DI job streams and recommend improvements
- Ability to code and test sophisticated ETL logic in DI
- Performance tuning of existing DI jobs
Additional qualifications include:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on ETL

WIT has an immediate position for a Business Objects Consultant / Developer to be located in the metro Detroit area. You will be part of consulting opportunities for BO implementation involving Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecting, and Deployment of Full solution including BO Dashboards. Position is based in metro Detroit area, with 50% travel expected.
The ideal candidate will have Business Objects Consulting & implementation experience for a minimum of 3 years. You should have proven experience in Designer, Web Intelligence, Data Integrator and Performance Management. Experience in both classis (6.5 and before) and XIR2 needed.
Very strong Analytical skills and a minimum of BS degree. Graduate degree will be preferred.

Position is based in metro Detroit area, with 50% travel expected.
The ideal candidate will have Microsoft Consulting & implementation experience for a minimum of 3 years. You should have proven experience in SQL Server 2005, Integration Services, Reporting Services and Analysis Services. Preferred experience include SharePoint Portal Server and MDX.
