CHALLENGE

SOLUTION

WIT developed the Datamart design to capture daily, weekly and monthly inventory positions of all the dealers, and develop hundreds of performance metrics. WIT partnered with Business Objects to deliver ad hoc reporting, management Dashboards and advance analytics using Business Objects Enterprise 6.0 solution. Also, an ETL solution was developed to transfer and synchronize the Datamart with the dealers’ data being received through EDI.

RESULT

• DaimlerChrysler’s MOPAR5300 group have a much greater insight and control over the dealer incentive programs.
• KPIs and Dashboards help the management capture program performance and trends.
• Real-time access to the data through a flexible reporting system empowered the program managers to monitor inventory situations and more effective mobilization of the idle inventory.
