Project Development Cycle

The WIT project development cycle includes 5 phases that ensure our projects stay on track. The output of each phase represents a significant deliverable in the project development cycle. Moreover, each deliverable requires client approval before WIT moves on to the next phase of the project.

PHASE 1: DEFINE

Project plan and scope are delivered and approved.

PHASE 2: DESIGN

Architecture, screen diagrams and concepts are delivered and approved.

PHASE 3: BUILD

Working production product submitted for testing and approval.

PHASE 4: DEPLOY

Product tested, refined and delivered.

PHASE 5: POST DEPLOYMENT

Debreifing and maintenance plan developed.
