WIT Publishes First and Only Electronic Damper for Gas Log Fireplaces Web Site

Clinton Township, MI, USA — August 4, 2004 — WIT, Inc. (www.witinc.com), announced today that it has completed development of a new web site for Flue Sentinel ®, the first and only electronic damper for gas log fireplaces (www.fluesentinel.com). WIT, which provides services such as Internet branding, design, development and database programming, worked with Flue Sentinel, Inc. staff and marketing services and consulting firm, marketecture of Canton, MI to create a content rich web site targeted to several user profiles: homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers.

The Web site is an information source, a lead-generator and a valuable tool for dealers selling the Flue Sentinel. In a section of the Web site dedicated to authorized dealers only, the company provides product updates, company news, marketing collateral, installation documents and more. Dealers also may utilize an interactive customer service program that allows them to determine the appropriate Flue Sentinel Model for each customer and calculate their personal energy cost savings on a monthly basis.

“We recognize how important the Web has become, with homeowners and builders depending on the Web for getting product information fast. Most homeowners don’t yet know they want the Flue Sentinel.
