Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods. Create, synthesize, and present customized data requests, transforming data into a story that informs both high level strategy and tactical decision-making. Investigate customer experience anomaly situations by conducting data analysis. All duties will be performed using a wide variety of skills & technologies mainly using Spring Boot, My SQL, Angular.
Job Location: Work location is Troy, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the US as assigned, which may require relocation.
